I am an experienced business attorney with advanced education and training in securities law, capital formation, and financial regulation. My unique background combines both broad general and distinctive focused knowledge together with practical skills and relevant hands-on experience, resulting in a powerful resource for entrepreneurs, startups and emerging growth companies.
I hold an LL.M. from Georgetown Law in Securities and Financial Regulation and a J.D. from Albany Law School with honors in Business Law.
My experience includes both private corporate law practice and government service with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance, Office of Small Business Policy.
I am an entrepreneur's attorney. Personally, I have started three of my own successful businesses. I genuinely get a kick out of working with entrepreneurs, startups and small to mid-size businesses. I find fulfillment in helping my clients achieve their goals and be successful.
While my firm is a full service practice, my practice is limited to general corporate counsel, corporate transactions, securities law / capital formation (with an focus on early-stage entities / investments) commercial leasing / real-estate, and contracts.
