Erik is experienced in negotiating and executing a wide range of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements and private equity investments, as well as managing day-to-day legal issues relating to corporate structure and governance, commercial transactions, contracts, licensing agreements and company operations. He has represented corporate clients ranging from billion dollar public operating companies and private equity concerns, to closely-held small businesses and start-up companies in a number of industries including software, technology, transportation, food distribution, medical packaging, financial services and consumer goods.
Erik is also experienced negotiating and executing commercial real estate transactions. He advises investment firms throughout the acquisition or disposition of an asset, including negotiation of the purchase and sale agreement, development of the capital structure, financing and organization of the investment and documentation of investments from capital partners.
He delivers “big firm” quality of work and client service with a more personal and cost effective platform reflective of today’s evolving client needs.
Between 2008 and early 2014, Erik was an associate in the Boston offices of two large law firms with over 400 attorneys where he represented sophisticated clients in many complex matters.
