I run a boutique business law firm, which focuses on serving small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. I have experience in advising clients on incorporation matters, general business issues, contracts, employment law, and privacy and data security matters.
I pride myself on having great "bedside manners" and an ability to connect with and provide excellent service to clients. I have experience in drafting and negotiating agreements for clients and assisting them with all aspects of business transactions, civil litigation, trials, and investigations. I have successfully negotiated settlements for clients, counseled small businesses, and assisted in facilitating business deals. In addition, I am fluent in Hebrew and deeply familiar with both the American legal and business environment and the Israeli business climate and culture.
I previously worked at a boutique commercial litigation law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina where I worked directly with small and medium size businesses and where I gained significant litigation and negotiation experience.
I also worked on political campaigns during the 2010 and 2012 election cycles and worked on Capitol Hill on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee as a legal fellow.
