I focus my practice in US business immigration law, representing corporate clients seeking to acquire temporary work permits or permanent resident status for foreign nationals. I've secured temporary work visas for aliens of extraordinary ability and achievement (including those in the fashion and entertainment industry, physicians and others), as well as investors, multinational managers/executives, workers with specialized knowledge, and those in specialty occupations. I also handle applications for naturalization and family-based immigration petitions, including same-sex marriages. I enjoy the immigration practice area because it allows me to meet very diverse people working in a very broad array of industries/occupations.
I began my career in the litigation department at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in Manhattan, and then went in-house to AIG's reinsurance litigation division. In 2004, I moved to upstate New York and began working at Lemery Greisler where I practiced corporate/transactional law until beginning the immigration work several years ago.
